Q&A With Ken, Global’s Digital Media Director.

Meet Ken, our Digital Media Director. A sports connoisseur with a wealth of random digital knowledge. We interrupted his chaotic day of ‘onlining’ for a few questions.

3 must-visit websites and why?

The Atlantic, Gawker, ESPN. All three for obvious reasons, I think. Quality, humor, and entertainment is an excellent blend for daily digital content.

Social network(s) of choice and why?

I get my news from Twitter and track my friends’ moves on Facebook, but the way to my heart is definitely through a well-curated Tumblr. The art of self-expression at its best.

Favorite brands ever?

The classics such as Nike or Chanel. I like the retro luxury feel that accompanies each purchase. More recently, TOMS has become a favorite as well. An interesting business model built on a relevant notion of giving back.

First job?

Chuck E. Cheese’s. I was Chuck E. That may have been the start of my adland journey. I had to put on a costume to become the brand mascot.

What would you be doing if not this?

I would dabble in shoe design. I’d like to think that women’s footwear could benefit from my attention to detail and dedication to comfort.
